Hi @Alastair29,
I'm sorry to hear you've lost your phone.
You may be able to track it via Find My Device (google.com) or Find My Mobile | Apps & Services | Samsung.
I'd recommend reporting your phone lost as soon as possible to avoid unauthorised use of your phone or SIM.
