good morning, I apologize for the inconvenience, I would like to know if someone has an upgrade and I have paid the remainder of the contract and now I have received the bill and they ask me to pay the same amount

@Gabrinotar  As this is an account issue you’ll need to call customer services.

Unfortunately or contacted and they say there is no payment. But I did it through the link that my sent to Chiat the operator when they update the plan is we are talking about 432.37

Does the payment show as completed on your online bank statement or pending?
