This is ridiculous since four months they charge me wrong amount of bill every time I call them they reduce my bill but this time I make a complain to omnibus and on few days I will call the citizen advice to send them legal notice because every month they give me depression.

I am really sorry that you are having an issue with your bill continuing to be incorrect after speaking to us. I know that will be frustrating and causing you unnecessary stress.
I can see you mentioned about taking your complaint to the ombudsman, just to check have you raised a complaint with our dedicated complaints team to help get this resolved? If they are unable to resolve they will be able to refer your complaint to the ombudsman.
