Hi, im really annoyed at EE right now. I have just finished my contract since feb7 but they are still charging me with my the monthly set data usage my device was up with. Thing is I have already spoken to multiple agents since january and asked them to switch me to PAYG instead for ill be away and wont be using data for a while. Someone even sent me a PAC code but i told them im not gonna need it since i dont have plans of transferring to another network. However upon checking my bank transactions, they are still charging me with the same thing. honestly disgusted. id like to know if there’s any way i could take my money back. they are ripping me off with 74quid=125gb which im barely using rn.

EE's monthly contracts don't end, the natural consequence of that would be your phone being disconnected automatically. You have a rolling contract with a minimum-term. When that minimum-term expires, you're free to disconnect, change to SIM-only, change to PAYG or upgrade - depending what you choose.

ff: they havent even sent me my end of contract notice yet. the thing is im out of the country already and i wanna avoid calling them as nuch as possible because of additional roaming charges.

but i have already spoken to an agent to switch ny number for the PAYG term instead. i dont get why i still pay the same amount even so

It takes 30 days to cancel & switch to PAYG. If you gave your notice on Feb 7 your contract doesn't end until tomorrow. You were billed in the meantime but you should receive a final bill refunding the time from tomorrow.

@lvillarama27 ,  your contract does not end until tomorrow, then your pay as you go will not work unless you made a chargeable call or text in the UK first.
