Extra charge

I’ve been paying £45 agreed monthly payment and suddenly the number increased significantly over last two months with no exploration of the extra cost. I’m still within my allowance. Can someone explain this to me?

@jbm40  the annual CPI price increase started April.   If it’s not this you’ll need to call customer services to inquire about it   It was a 9.3% increase
