Just got my phone bill and it has an extra charge of £10 marked as main, does anyone know what this means

Hi @snakekillie I'm concerned to hear that you've got an extra charge that you weren't expecting, I want to make sure that this gets looked into for you, so I'd recommend giving us a call on 150 from an EE phone or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. Chris S
