I got a Google pixel 9 pro XL with a device payment plan. I don't seem to like the phone; maybe because I switched from an iPhone. 

It's past my cooling off period already, can I exchange to another phone brand and still maintain my agreement or get a new agreement.

@Mo174  only if you pay  off the remaining contract of that device in full.  

  But nothing stopping you from getting a device elsewhere.
