24 month SIM only contract coming to an end, how do I decide 30 day rolling?

Hello,

My 24 month SIM only contract is coming to an end and I've seen that I will now move onto a 30 day rolling contract. What does this mean? What will the price of this be? How do I decide to move to pay as you go, so nothing comes out of my account anymore?

In short, nothing will change. You have a rolling contract with a minimum term of 24months. From 30days prior to the end of that minimum term, you can give 30days cancellation notice if you so desire, with the option of moving to PAYG at the end of that period.

Alternatively, you may remain as you are and nothing will change.

Hi @CaraLeech.

Thanks for coming to the community.

As @bristolian mentioned, if you wanted to carry on with your SIM Only contract, you don't need to do anything and it would carry on with the same plan on a rolling 30 day plan.

The only thing to check on is if you have any discounts with the plan at the moment, as they may drop off at the end of the contract. If you aren't sure, you can check in the EE app under Manage then Mobile & SIMs.
