Refund for rejected contract

Hi 3 months back I paid 30 pounds for EE contract  but they rejected my contract I sent a mail to them still now I didn’t got any refund

Did the funds show as pending or did they leave your account?

Pending funds should be released by your bank and back into your account.

No they didn’t send any amount to my account.
