Error in Bill

Hi, I just got an upgrade for £39 a month contract and today on my first bill they have charged me £800 for the device.

@ShantelleF    And if you look at the bill breakdown what is the actual figure at the bottom saying you are paying ?    

The £800 is a credit amount for that device that you’ll pay off over the course of the contract term.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

No, they have charged that amount this month under equipment and taken it out my account.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so that we can look into this and fix it, if there's a mistake.
