Hiya I had a phone call today with a member of EE I was on and of hold for an hour with a girl and fella I was theb disconnected when I phoned back I was chatting to a girl who massively helped me basically I was paying an Internet phone bill at £47 and a separate bill at £66 i was paying for a smart hub i have never had as i explained i have only ever had a hub that was plugged in the girl figured out the issue in the end and canceled what needed to be canceled but explained this has been taken from November 2023 it is a long time and alot of money i was just wondering will there be any kind of pay back I should have maybe asked on my phone call today but I was very over stimulated with how long the call was also i didnt come across these payments any sooner as I am visually impaired and didnt feel the need to check it as I no my Internet bill what made me check was I did check to see if my contract would have been up i did learn today on the phone call it was i also sorted that like I say it is just an enquiry as it is alot of money I have lost on something I have never used.
