End of Contract with ongoing Add to Plans

Hi,

My minimum 24 months on my contract is up in a few weeks, and I want to cancel as I no longer need the number.  However, there are a couple of Add-To-Plan's still active on it.

I have 2 other active numbers on the account which are still well within contract and will be kept on.

My question is - will I be able to cancel the initial contract and the Add-to-Plans just continue within the other accounts?  Or if I cancel, will I have to pay-off the Add-to-Plan amounts?

Hi, i 'upgraded' to a SIMO plan when my contract expired yesterday, but today i have been told by your live chat that there is a problem due to the add-on thats on my account. Its a PS5. Unsure why this is causing an issue as i am staying with EE and have 3 other phone numbers contracted to my account, not to mention that 3 times i checked on live chat since i 'upgraded on the 15th Sept that it had gone through, and was told it had. I need to have this resolved Asap please if someone can help.
