Hi,
My minimum 24 months on my contract is up in a few weeks, and I want to cancel as I no longer need the number. However, there are a couple of Add-To-Plan's still active on it.
I have 2 other active numbers on the account which are still well within contract and will be kept on.
My question is - will I be able to cancel the initial contract and the Add-to-Plans just continue within the other accounts? Or if I cancel, will I have to pay-off the Add-to-Plan amounts?
Thank you 🙂

Hi
I hope you don’t mine me hijacking’s your thread but I have the same question and didn’t want to duplicate with a new post.
I have 12 months left of an electronics add-on but my phone contract ends this month and I want to switch to sim-only and I can do it much cheaper with other providers.
Can I leave my phone contract and just keep paying for the add-on, or will I get billed for the remaining 12 months when I close my contract?
Thanks in advance for any advice anyone can offer!

Hi Leanne
It is an Xbox Series X with Game Pass Ultimate.
I appreciate any insight you may be able to offer!

Thanks @Furmoman
If you cancel your Pay Monthly plan and you are no longer an EE customer, you will have to make full payment of any money owing for the Xbox.
Leanne.

What if you are still an EE customer? Is the add-to-plan tied to one number or can it just continue if you still have a different EE line on the same account?

If you still have another number on the account, the add to plan agreement will continue, @pbyron
