Is anyone else shocked that EE have removed international roaming from their plan and not also reduced the price of said plan? Given it was the only reason we picked this plan and my wifes roaming didnt even work whilst on are honeymoon this seems abhorrent, is this a breach of contract from them?

Regardless of what billing add-ons you and your wife might have, did you enable the free roaming facility on your wife's phone before travelling?
This is what enables access to foreign networks and is thus crucial to having coverage abroad. Normally done by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK.

Hi @John607
We've not removed any inclusive allowance that may be currently included in the plan you are already on.
However, as we updated our roaming products and new plan offerings, we have removed some chargeable additional bundles that may no longer be relevant. If you are covered by this, you would no longer be paying the cost of the additional chargeable bundle once it was removed.
You can add one of the new roaming bundles relevant for the destination you're travelling to, if not already included in your plan allowance.
On a side point, as @bristolian mentioned, while you may have allowance/bundle you'd still need Roaming access to be active on your account to pick up a signal/service while abroad. There is no cost for access to Roaming to be added. It's worth checking you have this switched on.

I have been dropped to eu roaming. There is no way to select the ROW at all and this is a total disgrace from EE. So now stuck with EU only or pay a silly amount for a 7 day USA pass

Completely agree... There doesn't seem to be any way to select ROW on the App. Absolutely shocking customer service.

If you give Customer Service a call, they will be able to change your Roaming access back up to Rest of the World level.
