EE deliberately evading cancellations - avoiding any customer leaving

Account number *********  EE YOU are criminal. They already have been fined by OFCOM. Further to my formal complaints, they did not respond, only acknowledged my complaint. I have evidence of my continual attempts to cancel contract and billing ( after my 24 months contract had expired ) and them confirming only to bill me again - I have many screenshots and calls failed as any option to speak to cancellation team led to being on hold then it cutting off, every time, criminal yes. . I am out of my contract period and this is a deliberate breach of the law. I moved abroad I do not want to port my number, that was one excuse they tried that I hadn't used the PUK code. I have confirmed I didn't want to port it  many times. Wasted my time, stolen my money - watch me also report widely in the press. I have many contacts. I have many screenshots of you confirming my cancellation requests because I moved abroad. I want a refund and compensation. Helen

@helen2023  This is a public forum not customer services and you do not post private info on the internet ie the account number.    If you still can edit the post and remove it or you’ll have to wait for it to be moderated.  This could put you at risk of scams and you’ll no doubt blame EE for this.
