Pac Code/leaving/upgrade

Hi.

I am looking at upgrading my daughter's iPhone (on my account) not necessarily with EE. On initial looking the upgrade deals were not ss good as some other network providers.  So to keep options open I requested the pac code for her phone and to do this had to go through the "leave" request. Now it won't let me look at upgrade options for her phone at all! Is this normal???

Yes, as you've asked for a PAC you've signalled you may be leaving.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Cheers. Yes I have but the key word here is MAY!  And I don't use it they still have my business and now highlyunlkkely as they have taken the option of upgrading easily away! You think they would want you to stay.

If you're serious about upgrading with EE, you'd need to go through CS and request the PAC is cancelled first.

Be sure to check coverage & service of any new network with a PAYG SIM first, before committing. Better to identify any coverage issues before porting.
