As the title says, EE have closed my account even though I’m still only 6 months into a contract. They’re then saying to me that I’m late for my payment even though it’s on direct debit and technically they’re not billing me through my bank.
It’s likely because I had a half price offer for the first 6 months but shouldn’t the billing price go up instead of closing my entire account?

@Kamkam Yes it should go to the correct cost after 6 months. You need to call customer support to get this resolved. 150 from an EE device or 0800 9566000 from any phone.
