I have set up a new phone with the trade in option and sent my phone back, this is now the 3rd time doing so over the years. I sent it back over a week and now they are saying they are going to charge me 500 because they didn’t receive it? When I sent them it and paid for special posting.??? How is this my fault

@Tommyelmore  Did you also pay for insurance on that postage?   It’s certainly not EEs fault they haven’t received it.

I paid for the beer posted you could think of, I done Excatly as they said, like I said this is my 3rd time doing it so there has been no problems before. Also it’s not my fault either

Did you send it special delivery and pay for it yourself or use the free postage provided?

They have recieved it I just got a text message.
