Hello. Today, I was chatting with one of Guides to cancel my EE account. We were almost set to terminate my contract. However, in last seconds, I lost access to live Chat on my EE app. Furthermore, I cannot see final bill and make a payment. I am trying to access to live chat to finalize terminating my contract and making sure that everything is fine. However, I cannot access to live chat. Since I moved back to my country, I am not able to make calls. I don’t know what to do

You can't use Live Chat for cancelling contracts. You need to speak to CS.

To give your cancellation request you'll need to call Customer Service on +44 (0)7953 966 150 from abroad, where a guide will be able to complete the request for you. Contact-us

You may also write to them giving your 30-day notice of cancellation at:

Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE mobile number.
Your notice starts on receipt of your letter.
