EE changing their deal

I was offered a deal on Samsung s26 Thursday due to being with them for 17 years, the guy that called me was meant to call me back yesterday and didn't, i rang them today and get told its going to be £10 more a month than what was offered.

It annoys me that they have changed their offer, where's the loyalty to me!!

Hi @Mummamaz

Offers change all the time. If it was a limited time offer then it may have expired.

Thanks

I did contact them and the lady i spoke to was unhelpful and said " well you have your pac number so you can leave at any time"  not a good attitude at all especially as i was being friendly and not rude like some customers I'm sure they deal with day in day out
