Good day. I received a call from EE and the chap on the phone offered to reduce my monthly payments or that I qualified for an early upgrade. Was this a scam phone call or real?
What number was it that called you? Did they say anything on the call, that would suggest they were or were not from EE - such as quoting anything account-specific that only EE would know?
