Re: Unresolved Nightmarish Experience with EE Customer Service

I’ve been on live chat for 2 hours today. They’re very abrupt and rude.

I started my chat as someone who wanted to upgrade, I finished it with someone called Julia in retentions and she came across as abrupt and rude!

seems EE staff just care about moving to BT broadband and the EE mobile business isn’t their priority anymore.

O2’s new Christmas deals look incredible so I’ll be moving my number! Hopefully they have better customer service than EE.

Make sure of testing O2's service & coverage in all the areas you'll want to use your phone. If their network is not to the same standard as you're used to, it's much better to find out before porting than afterwards.

A PAYG SIM is a good way of testing.
