I've just opened a Virgin Monet bank account (administered by Clydesdale bank) and as I don't want to close my other account I'm moving some DD over to VM. However, when I try I get a message saying unable to make the change.
I have managed to move a few DDs but the EE one refuses to change. I presume that if I had used the account switching service that would have failed as well.
There must be a way of doing this, but I have been unable to chat through the app (keeps timing out).
Who can I speak to at EE to get this sorted. I refuse to believe that I am the only EE customer who banks with Virgin.

Call CS on 150 and they can swap this over for you.

Just tried speaking to someone and the change failed.:( . However, they have escalated to the HO department which deals with payments and they should get back to me in a couple of days.
