I’ve just ordered a sim only and on the emailed receipt it says payment method: no direct debit set up
Still waiting for the sim to arrive
it says estimated bill date today 11/11/22
Estimated payment due 19/11/22

You can set up your DD in your online MyEE under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
