Hi how long have I had my EE SIM card now please am I a vip customer yet and could you please tell me the numbers of my outgoing and incoming calls history please

@Nath92allen    This is a public forum so there is no access to your account from here.   You need to speak with customer services.  As for your call history does being a VIP give you itemised billing?  if it doesn’t then no as you need itemised billing for this and it’s a paid service and it’s not back dated once you request it.

@Nath92allen : Look in your online MyEE under Plan > Plan Details for when you took your contract out.

Have you ordered Itemised Billing @ £2.50 pm? This will allow to see your outgoing non-chargeable calls & texts; EE does not keep a record of incoming calls. It is not retrospective. Otherwise you can look at the Call Logs on your phone.
