EE Perks won’t reset

Hi,

I was an EE customer a few years ago and had a perks account. I have rejoined this week and tried to reset my perks password by selecting the forgot my password link. However no email to reset has been received and I have checked all mailboxes including junk 

 

any help would be greatly appreciated
