On January 19th I paid for an iphone 16 on finance. However on delivery day, I was not in. Therefore dpd held the package. I called EE to sort a redelivery but for an unknown reason nobody delivered it on this day. The issue was raised with EE who cancelled the finance, refunded me and put in a complaint to dpd. I was also told to go the same way about purchasing a new iphone 16. However, this time the finance option keeps declining me. I have spoken to EE, EE finance department and trans union about why, the 45 day rule and what I should do but nothing recommended is working. Can anybody help me?

@JBrown7 as this is a finance issue between yourself and EE nothing can be done from this public forum. You will need to speak to customer services
