Hello,
I’m currently on a SIMO contract & want to switch across to the EE Basics social tariff. All the of the EE advisor that I’ve spoken to have said I can’t switch over despite their website stating,
“Existing EE SIM only customers who qualify for EE Basics can switch across at any time for no extra charge”.
Can someone please explain why this isn’t possible when I managed to do this for another SIMO that was on the same account.

Maybe cuz you already have a SIM on EE Basics & you can't have more than 1.
