I need to speak tome someone at EE about going on a social Tariff. When i call customer service I'm choosing option 1 for the visual service but never receive the next for next steps , this is really fur starting.

@Petemagennis what number are you calling?
Broadband is normally Option 2, the either 2 or 3.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm
