Hi, I am due an upgrade from my samsung galaxy s9. At the moment my contract is just a sim only and ends in september. However I am allowed to upgrade now, but have 2 questions.
1. How much will it be to come out of my simonly deal, if any?
2. Can EE match a contract tarrif that i have found online, with it being with a different network. I dont want to leave EE but it is a very good deal.
Thanks

- Nowt if you upgrade to a handset contract.
- EE won't price match but you could ask CS for offers.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

EE have never claimed to be the cheapest network, but do pride themselves on quality of network & service.
As already suggested, you can contact EE C/S directly and see if there any account-specific offers available to you. However, depending which provider this other deal is with, dictates how realistic it is to expect EE to compete with it.
