I am trying to download the bill from website and EE app. But I couldn't find out a bill from both of them. I subscribed a monthly plan. Please help to download the PDF file

Hi @Halehut
If you are on a pay as you go SIM with a monthly pack, you'd not be able to get a monthly bill.
If you wanted a bill you would need to look at moving to a pay monthly contract, which would then have a bill created monthly with your charges.
There is more on switching to a contract on our website.

You sure you are not on a PAYG subscription pack? If so, there are no bills for PAYG. You decide when & what you pay.

Yes. Monthly Top up. Then which package will get the bills. I need utility bills for some submissions. Could you suggest which plans would get bills as pdf

Have you none of gas, water, electricity or council tax? These are usually favourite.
