Bill issues

My EE app is saying my bill is overdue. The direct debit is taken on the 23rd of every month. It was paid in October as normal so it is not due until the 23/11. It is only the 17/11 so I can’t understand how it can be overdue.

Contract

I currently have a contract for my partner out in my name, but i am currently with three mobile and i am due to upgrade but i dont want to stay with three. Can i have another contract out in my name, my sister is also a customer of yours.

looking at 4 plans for upgrade 3 plans say essential plan 6 months half price one says essential plan half price does that also go up after 6 months
