Hi if I get a new contract after old one runs out do I need to pay the device off

@davey-7 , contracts do not end, just the minimum term, if your device was included in the contract and not flex pay, you can then change to a sim only contract, which will make it cheaper and save you money, if you are happy with your device, rather than upgrading to a new device.

You can either ring customer service and speak to the upgrade team, or just look at the sim only contract, flex pay for device will end when all paid off, which I suspect you do not have, but have it all inclusive, hope this makes sense. 

If the device is not finished paid off, then you would need to continue to pay for it.
