Hi
My contract is over, it has been since the middle of the year, I want to keep the same phone and number and pay a cheaper bill as the current deal doesn't justify my usage, I can't seem to find an easy way to do this online, and the website is very slow and frustrating and pretty much one-way, please help.

@melbs1974 You can do this via the EE app. Just click upgrade and select sim only and choose what tariff you want or you can call customer support.
