I need to chat with an agent regarding my broadband and mobile. I canceled my broadband but am still getting billed and I changed my mobile to pay as you go but I am getting a large bill now. I cannot call EE as I am not in the UK and my mobile doesn't work while I am not in the country. It is imperative that I chat with someone immediately.

You can speak to EE over wifi and Skype using the number in my signature.
