Hi @Izelannmayuga,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Is WiFi Calling turned on in your phone settings?

You cannot downsize mid-term, only upsize.

@Izelannmayuga So you have a signal outside your home ? If so your home is blocking the signal. So you need to use WiFi calling as that’s what it’s for. No network will guarantee a signal indoors because basically buildings can block signals,

Hi james, yes! Turned on my wificalling and still no signal inside. Outside, i just have 4G. My phone is 13promax.

Yes, i do have signal outside but it’s just 4G.(for reference, my phone is 5G) My wifi calling settings is on. I wanted to have signal inside my home and it’s very difficult for me to stay inside because of the poor Internet connection. I’m paying more to have an unli data and my usage every month is only 5GB because I can’t use it inside my house. Is there anything else i can do.

No network will guarantee indoor coverage and lack of it gives no automatic basis for contract cancellation or reduction.
WiFi-calling allows you to use your phone for calls & texts without needing mobile coverage, anywhere you have wireless broadband. If you have 4G coverage outdoors, calls should handover between the two seamlessly.
