You seriously know what you’re doing EE when attempting to rip customers off. 

Trying to upgrade via your website and the prices fluctuate instantly - I can upgrade for free and then I can’t?!? Lands me on the most expensive iPhone, I have to change the options and then for data, I click to see what another tariff looks like monthly and revert to initial one suggested and the upfront cost is £350!! And this is all with hidden discounts *until March 🫠 Know that trick after being with you for 10 years! 

Time to leave EE! Cost me £270 in LA for one week roaming. Who uses 1mb of data these days?

Bad business… but should be celebrated eh! Profits 🤑🤑🤑 Your pockets are way too PHAT!

@JamB0nF4om  Roaming in the US is only £25 per month had you purchased the roam abroad pass.  And you can use up to 50Gb of data from your allowance per month and your call and text allowance.  You can not use data unless you purchase a data add on for that location or the roaming pass.    So sound like you didn’t purchase this and the costs involved are for international calls,

Pay-monthly users can use the "Roam Abroad" pass for £25/billing month allowing full use of your UK allowances with a 50Gb data-FUP.
