Please can someone tell me how to change my direct debit details. I have a nee bank account. Ive spend almost an hour on the web and app. Turned my phone on and off.

@Nicola9999 logging onto your online account, not the app select bills and payments, manage direct debit. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
