I informed EE to collect the complete balance of my phone by direct debit but this was not done. Only my monthly payment was deducted. How do I handle this as I am out of the country?

There are several ways to make a payment towards your bill, which you can find at How to pay my bill.
If you're in a rush while abroad you can simply make a payment on our Fast Payment page.

I need to know the exact amount I am owing. My app says my account is now closed and it can't show my final bill. How do I go about this?

Although you're account is closed, you can still to log into your online account to view your final bill and balance.
If you don't have access to your online account, you'll need to give Customer Service a call from abroad where a guide will be able to check for you.
