Direct debit taken twice this month

Hi, I pay by direct debit and my account has had 2 payments taken this month, what should i do?

Was the 2nd payment a direct manual payment by yourself?

Hi , both payments were by direct debit, I never pay manually. Payments are usually taken around 19th of each month and in February there was one taken on the 19th and 28th. 

Are the payment amounts the same, if so sounds to me like the first payment failed to clear for some reason, In which case you need to confirm with your Bank rather than EE, 

If they were for different amounts then I would raise this with EE Customer care for an explanation.
