When is the early upgrade fee paid.

Hello all, my iPad has given up the ghost just 5 months from the end of my contract. I can upgrade early for a fee, but when would this be taken out of my account?

Its been a while since I did something like this, but I seem to remember they take it with your next  bill, is that correct?

@UncleSeph  You pay the early upgrade fee straight the way.     It’ll sit on your EE account until taken. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
