I have tried several times now to reset my EE perks password. I have also spoken to several operators who have been unable to help me.
Why is it that there is so much drama for something so easy and simple but made so, so difficult????
This is shocking for such a big company to have such a poor website.
this means my perks discount will not be added to my account.
if this isn't sorted then I will return my phone and find a different supplier
