I'm trying to set up a direct debit. Instructions say, log on to app, go to Manage, then Billing and set up DD from there. However, the set up DD just takes you to an information page about DD. There is nothing there that allows you to set a DD up and enter bank details etc. Just lots of information about what a DD is and how to set them up.
Please advise as I'm going round in circles on the app. It's exactly the same on the desk top.

You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
