I want to change my direct debit date but it says I’ve already changed it the maximum number of times

Hi @Ellie1504 

Please give Customer Service a call where our guides will be able to check when your next DIrectDebit is due to go out, and when it will be possible to change again. They can also manually set the request for you.

Well, I imagine it means what it says. You can't just keep changing it!
