I returned my phone.
Supposedly, according to the documentation I read online, I was meant to receive a confirmation from EE on:
1. The packages arrival
2. The refunds approval.
I have received neither.
However, I checked through the tracking number from my delivery courier's website and I noticed it was delivered over a week ago.
I was about to chase on if my device has been received or not, but then I noticed in my bank statement I have received an amount from what I believe to be EE that matches by initial deposit on the device. However, EE also took £40 monthly fee on the device since then and that is not in my bank.

I would like to have the confirmation of delivery + the refund invoice that was meant to be sent for my records + the incorrect refund amount fixed. However, I cannot find any way of speaking with a human - I have tried the phone number but I only go through automated robots and no possibility of speaking to a person + no way of even reporting that I have been refunded the wrong amount in order for someone to reach out to me, if I am unable to speak to anyone at EE.

Is there any way of actually speaking to someone who can resolve this issue?
Previous posts and EE's only resources only suggest calling the number, however, that line as mentioned, does not connect me with a human nor have a way of reporting an incorrect refund or missing invoice/refund acceptance/return arrival communications.
