Death of account holder.

My mum has passed away, she was the account holder, myself and 2 children have the phones and use the contracts. The phones are just over 6 months old. Can I transfer them to pay as you go? Will we get to keep the phones to use?

Notifying us of a bereavement

Use the online form to notify us of a bereavement.

We’ll need:

  • the account holder’s name and number
  • a number to contact you on 

You can also let us know by phone. Call 150 from an EE phone or 07973 100 150 from any phone.

If you experience a bereavement, you can either:

  • disconnect their broadband or number and close their account
  • transfer the connection or number to someone else

Hi. I like to fill the form in but wanting to know if I can keep the 3 phones and go to pay as you go

Unfortunately, I can't say if pay as you go would be an option as this is not my department @Profile closed
