Hi I have had my phone suspended, but I have a child at school and need out going calls to be able to reach me incase of an emergency. I have really struggled with how much over my bill was and struggled to pay but want to be able to ring up Friday and sort out a plan maybe if I’m aloud? I just really need out going calls to reach me now tho as if anything happens at school they will not be able to ring me in an emergency. Please can someone help thank you
