I have been using EE sim card for over 6 months but I went to 2 offices to get credit but they didn't give me one, why or is there something wrong with me?

@Mirzabek   Offices ?   Do you mean EE stores ?   What actually did you ask for ?        Because they will not give you credit they will however sell you a top up voucher if your on pay as you go 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
