I visited yesterday EE branch in Stratford westfield, and had a negative experience.
Wanted to change my contract from three to EE and the guy after checking few times my card said there's a issue and he can't help and walked away! even though i had a previous contract with EE before.
Lost a custemer becose of bad customer service at the branch!
