Credit on account

Hi, I've been told my account will be credited due to my latest bill still including an add on charge that shouldn't have been there. How do I view the credited amount as no where online or in the app appears to show this. As the bill has been issued already, would the credit show elsewhere? Or is it a case I'll need to wait and see what happens when my direct debit is taken?

@Gavalar85 : As this is to be a correction to your last bill already issued, the credit will not appear until your next bill which you can't see until it is posted. Bills are never reissued to show corrections but the adjustment resulting from the correction will appear in next bill.
